Your files and photos, moved and protected
Worried about losing years of family photos, documents, or important files? We move them safely from your old device to your new one, and set up a backup that quietly keeps them safe — no technical know-how needed on your end.
Moving & transferring your files
Getting everything off the old device and onto the new one — safely, with nothing left behind.
- Moving everything from an old computer to a new one
- Transferring photos, documents, and other important files
- Preserving large family photo collections spread across old phones, computers, and drives
- Copying files off an old or slowing computer while it’s still accessible
- Organizing important files so you can actually find them again
Backups that actually run
A real safety net, set up once, so a lost phone or a failed hard drive isn’t a disaster.
- External hard drive and SSD backups
- Cloud backup setup
- Automatic backups, so you don’t have to remember
- Time Machine setup (Mac)
- A clear picture of what is — and isn’t — currently backed up
About recovering lost files
If a device still works, we can often help you reach your files and copy them somewhere safe — then set things up so it doesn’t happen again. We can’t promise miracles, though: a badly damaged drive or permanently deleted files may need a specialized recovery lab, and some data simply can’t be brought back. We’ll always tell you honestly what’s realistic before doing anything.
Not sure what’s backed up right now?
That’s one of the most common — and most important — questions we hear. We’ll look at your phones, computers, and drives, tell you in plain English what’s protected and what isn’t, and set up a simple backup so you can stop worrying about it.
